Mr. Woods has been involved with PDS Gaming for over 19 years as a funding source and as a member of the Board of Managers.

Bob is a co-founder, Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of Northlight Financial LLC and has been the key investment officer and credit decision maker of each of the business units formed by the Northlight management team since 1985.

Prior to forming Northlight, he was Managing Director at GE Capital and Executive VP of Heller Financial and Gilman Financial Services.

Bob received a B.A from Furman University and M.B.A from University of South Carolina.

Mr. Cleary joined PDS in 1995 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

In 1996, he was elected to the board of directors and in 1999 was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer.

Peter is a Certified Public Accountant and served in various positions with Coopers & Lybrand, LLP prior to joining PDS.

Peter graduated from the University of Notre Dame, cum laude.

Mrs. Garner-Ball has been with PDS since early 2000 and has held various accounting and internal audit related positions.

As CFO, Gina oversees the financial aspects of the company, credit review of potential customers, manages the origination and maintenance of the transactions after approval and oversees all financial and lender reporting.

Gina graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with Honors and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Nevada.

Mr. Davila joined PDS in May 2018 as the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer.

Prior to joining PDS, he was the Founder and President of Poydras Gaming Finance Corporation, a private equity firm that purchased Integrity Gaming, a gaming machine leasing company.

Daniel is a veteran gaming executive with a fundamental background as a private equity investor and an award-winning career as a Wall Street research analyst focusing on the gaming industry.

Daniel holds a B.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and an M.B.A from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Jahrmarkt is a member of the Board of Managers of the parent company of PDS and, as a Managing Member, provides strategic advice with respect to PDS' business development, evaluation, and funding of new investment opportunities.

As one of the three co-founders of Northlight Financial, Mike has played a key role in PDS' investment activities for more than 19 years, is a member of its Board of Managers, and serves on its investment committee.

Mike assembled the Northlight management team in 1985 and has had primary responsibility for business development and funding relationships for the team’s business units he led at GE Capital, Heller Financial and Gilman Financial Services.

Prior to 1985, Mike was a practicing attorney specializing in the finance and banking sectors.

Mike received a BA from Cornell University and JD from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Hirschhorn has been involved with PDS Gaming for over 19 years as a funding source and as a member of the Executive Committee.

Mark is a co-founder, Managing Member and Chief Legal Officer of Northlight Financial and has been involved in key investment decisions for each of the business units formed by the Northlight management team since 1985. As Chief Legal Officer Mark has also been responsible for documentation and structuring of transactions and provides legal oversight and outside counsel coordination.

Prior to forming Northlight, he was Managing Director at GE Capital and Executive VP of Heller Financial and Gilman Financial Services.

Mark received a BA from Boston University and JD from New England School of Law.
